Cotton and fire safety-how do you make that work?
Simple-we finish the fabric with a specialized FR treatment at the production stage. It's not a spray that wears off after a few washes; it's properly bonded into the weave. If your local code requires a specific standard, just tell us upfront and we'll handle the paperwork on our end.
Will 280GSM give me total darkness?
Depends on what "dark" means to you. The cotton alone is heavy enough to block out most ambient light and create a pleasant dim atmosphere. If you're after absolute blackout-like, "can't read a menu in the middle of the day" dark-then you'll want to add a dedicated lining. Most of our clients end up layering it anyway, because the cotton looks good on the room side while the lining handles the performance side.
Can you match our brand colors?
We don't just stick to a catalog. If you send us a Pantone number or a small fabric swatch, we'll dye the entire batch to match. We use controlled batch dyeing, so the color stays consistent whether you're ordering 50 panels or 500.
How fast can you turn this around?
